Harry King will continue racing with Elite Motorsport in his second year in the Ginetta Junior Championship.
King won over fans in 2016 with a cheerful grin off the track and incredible speed on it. After finding success in his debut season, with multiple overall wins and finishing third in the rookie championship – he’s now aiming for the overall title.
“Last season, we became stronger and stronger as the season progressed and I’m positive thinking we have ended it as one of the teams to beat,” King said. “There’s no doubt that I want to come back to the Ginetta Junior Championship and compete for the overall championship, which is certainly something I can achieve alongside Elite Motorsport and Chris Hodgetts through consistency and outright pace.”
Ahead of the first race of 2017, the team have a strong winter testing programme to build on the success of 2016. King is the first driver to be announced for the team.
