W Series revise pre-season testing plans

W Series, the all-female race series has revised it’s pre-season testing plans due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic…

Orginally sechduled to take place at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo, Valencia, Spain at the end of April, testing has been moved to the Anglesey Circuit, Wales, from 17-21 May.

The series will embark on a big year supporting Formula One, having had a successful Esports League in 2020 as all on-track racing was cancelled.

The series recently appointed Jennie Stoddart-Scott as Director of Communications following Matt Bishop’s move to Aston Martin F1.  Stoddart-Scott is no stranger to sport having previously been Head of Communications at the England and Wales Cricket Board.

The series will kick off on the 26th June supporting the French Grand Prix.
