W Series has announed its 2022 calender and continued partnership with Formula 1 with eight Grand Prix weekends, including the series’ first-ever trip to Asia.
W Series will visit five new locations during the 2022 season including Suzuka as part of the support package for the Japanese Grand Prix. The season will begin in 100 days’ time at the inaugural Miami Grand Prix in May.
As well as staging races in Miami and Japan, the series will visit Spain, France, and Mexico for the first time with the series returning to Silverstone, the Hungaroring and the Circuit of the Americas next year.
The 2022 W Series race calendar will consist of the following races;
