Keep it on the Track
Remember what I told you earlier? That you have to keep your car in good condition through the night? Well, Post-It Racing had none of that. Paying homage to their name, they posted their car in the nearest tire wall causing a horrendous collision. They lost a couple of spots thus, giving Black Diamond P9 at the 13th hour of racing.
TBD themselves found some trouble on the infield spinning twice coming out of the Western Shoehorse. Thankfully for them, they kept their track position.
An Eventful Morning
It was quite the sunrise at the World Center of Racing. Craig Evans got off the car, leaving the wheel in the hands of Symon Chester. Hopes were high at TBD as Evans stepped off his vehicle feeling “confident” with “A top 5 fight” in their hands. Eventually, a drive-thru penalty would see them crawl through the pitlane.
Gooooooood morning campers! @evanzo7 has just handed over to @symonchester for the next stint and we are sat in a strong P6 in class gaining on P5!#DiamondInTheRough pic.twitter.com/dxtdUgkc4M

Penalties did not stop the Hull team as they found their way back into the fight once again. The final hours approached, but there was enough to give the top of their class a run for their money.
Go Time
Chester closed out his stint fighting and while TBD lost a spot on the pit stall, McAllister pushed hard from the get-go. They managed to sit fifth before hitting the pits again. By this time, it was clear they were set for a big finish with time winding down on e-Daytona.
Their BMW M3 sat 7th with the last quarter of the race left to run.
