Following appeals made by Louis Foster to the National Court, the 2020 BRDC British F3 championship standings have been amended with Foster taking third.
After a hearing on the 15th December, Louis Foster has successfully overturned a 60-second penalty for a collision with Piers Prior in race two at Silverstone. Because of the successful appeal, Foster has now been classified as fifth in the race. He was initially classified in ninth.
Due to the extra points Foster has claimed, he is now classified as third in the BRDC British F3 Championship standings ahead of Douglas Motorsports Ulysee De Pauw by two points. Josh Skelton and Sasakorn Chaimongkol had been equal on points but Skelton has been placed in sixth due to points gained in race result countback. These were the only changes made to the overall championship standings.
